This week we start with Denver Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari saying in a press conference in Italy that he refused an opportunity to be traded at the deadline last season in order to stay in Denver. He has said over and over how much he loves the city, and for some reason we Americans are just now catching on to what he has been saying for months and months
Also, Matt Moore from CBSsports.com spoke with Nuggets head coach Michael Malone about his time as Nuggets coach, briefly about his time in Sacramento and the need to balance his desire to win every game with the need to develop young talent on the team. Fascinating stuff from Matt Moore and Michael Malone.
Finally we wrap things up with Tim and Negah Connelly organizing their second annual ping pong charity event at Exdo Event Center in Denver to support a children's charity. This year's event will be for "Bags of Fun" a charity that supports children with severe illness and provides them with bags/backpacks to brighten their days as they deal with their tough road. I encourage everyone in Denver to attend if they can and help support a worthy cause on Wednesday, September 21st at 6:30 pm.
Thanks for watching!
